This document contains both our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. By using SafetyVue Vault, you agree to these practices.

Part 1: Privacy Policy

We are committed to a "Privacy-First" architecture. Here is how we handle your data:

1.1 Zero-Knowledge Encryption

All sensitive payloads sent via the /safety command are encrypted using AES-256-GCM. We never store or transmit cleartext passwords. We cannot read your secrets.

1.2 Atomic Destruction

Secrets are subject to "Delete-on-Read" enforcement. Data is atomically purged from our database immediately upon retrieval or after 7 days, whichever comes first. Once deleted, data is unrecoverable.

1.3 Data Collection (Leads)

During the Slack installation process, we collect the installer's email address and workspace identifiers (Team ID). This information is used solely for administrative purposes and internal lead generation. We do not sell this data to third parties.

1.4 Consent to Contact

By installing the application, you consent to receive occasional administrative and product-related updates from AvantVue LLC. You may opt-out of these communications at any time.

Part 2: Terms of Service

2.1 "As-Is" Service (Free Usage)

SafetyVue Vault is provided as a free utility on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we make no warranties regarding service availability or the absolute security of data transmission over the internet.

2.2 Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes shall be resolved via binding arbitration in Wilmington, Delaware, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

2.3 Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AvantVue LLC be liable for any loss of data, profit, or business interruption arising from the use or inability to use this service, even if we have been notified of the possibility of such damage.

2.4 Acceptable Use

You agree not to use SafetyVue Vault for any illegal purposes, to transmit malicious code, or to engage in any activity that disrupts the integrity of the service.

2.5 Right to Modify

We reserve the right to modify these terms or the service itself at any time. Continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
